What Is GameStart??

GameStart is the ultimate gaming platform that allows instant access to over thousands over games. Purchase > Download > Play.

What are Digital Games??

Full Games are digital versions of a complete game. They have all the same features – they’re just downloaded directly to your console or computer, instead of being stored on a disc.

DLCs are NOT full games. They are enhancements to a game you already own. These add levels, characters, etc. that continue the joy of playing your favorite game.

Where can I find Digital Games??

All games sold through GameStart are in digital format and there will be no physical products delivered i.e no boxex or DVDs.

Upon payment confirmation, you’ll receive an email with activation code together with installation instructions to download and install the game online.

How do I install a Digital Game??

You will receive an email with your activation code and installation instructions.



GameStart has very low prices. How can I be sure this is not a scam??

Here at GameStart, we purchase in large volumes from publishers and distributors, hence the price we are getting is significantly lower compared to the market. Do check us out on the feedbacks that some of our customers have for us on Carousell.

Order Issues
I'm missing an item from my order, what do I do??

If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Care team with the order number and the missing item’s name and number. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.

I have an incorrect item in my order, what do I do??

We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away.

Please contact our Customer Care team with your order number and the incorrect item’s name and product number.

We’ll get back to you as soon as we can and send you a replacement item as quickly as we can.

Can I cancel my order after I've placed it??

If you want to cancel an order that has not been paid for yet, you can just leave it unpaid. It will be considered cancelled.

If you’ve received an email with your orders, we’re unable to proceed with your cancellation request.

For cancellation request, please contact us with your order number and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

I've placed an order but did not receive any confirmation email. What should I do??

There may be a number of reasons why you’re not getting emails from us.

  • Did you typed in the correct email address when you’ve placed an order with us?
  • Our emails may be marked as junk mail, check your junk/spam folder.

If after this you’re still having trouble, please contact our Customer Care Team, giving as much detail as you can about the issue and we will try our best to help.

Can I get a refund if the price has changed since I ordered it??

As an online business our prices change in response to gaming trends, stock and demand from customers. In this case we will not refund the difference.

I've changed my mind. Can I request for a refund??

All digital games are not eligible for returns or refund.

What happen if the game provided does not work??

We’re sorry to hear about this. Please contact us directly and we will seek to resolve your issue within 72hrs.

I'm having trouble signing into my account.?

If you receive a message that says your email address/password isn’t recognised, follow the steps below:

  • Make sure you are using the same email address and password you registered with.
  • If you can’t remember your password, reset your password here and we’ll send you an email with a link that will allow you to create a new password for your account.
  • If after this you still can’t sign in, contact our Customer Care Team giving as much detail as you can about the issue including screen shots of any error message you get and what you’ve done so far to try to resolve it.
