What is digital game??

Full games are digital versions of a complete game. They have all the same features – they’re just download directly into your computer or console, instead of being stored on a disc.

DLCs are NOT full games. They are enhancements to a game you already own. These add levels, characters, etc and add the joy of playing your favourite game.

I've placed an order. What's next??

Upon checking out, you will receive an email of your order that you’ve placed with us.

At this point, the order is not confirmed yet as we need to first run security and payment verification.

Once your order is confirmed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided by you.

Lastly, you will receive an email from us once your order is completed and delivered to your email address.

I've placed an order but did not receive any confirmation email. What should I do??

There may be a number of reasons why you’re not getting emails from us.

  • Did you typed in the correct email address when you’ve placed an order with us?
  • Our emails may be marked as junk mail, check your junk/spam folder.

If after this you’re still having trouble, please contact our Customer Care Team, giving as much detail as you can about the issue and we will try our best to help.

When will I receive my order??

We know you love to get your hands on your purchase as fast as we do!

We seek to complete all orders within 1 working day.

I'm missing an item from my order, what do I do??

If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Care team with the order number and the missing item’s name and number. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.

I have an incorrect item in my order, what do I do??

We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away.

Please contact our Customer Care team with your order number and the incorrect item’s name and product number.

We’ll get back to you as soon as we can and send you a replacement item as quickly as we can.

Can I cancel my order after I've placed it??

If you want to cancel an order that has not been paid for yet, you can just leave it unpaid. It will be considered cancelled.

If your order is still in process, please contact us immediately and we will try our best to assist you.

If you’ve received an email stating that your is completed, we’re unable to proceed with your cancellation request.

I've bought a pre-order. When can I receive It??

You will receive your Pre-Order before or on the release date which can be found in the description of the product page itself.

I've changed my mind. Can I request for a refund??

Due to the nature of the item, all digital games are not eligible for returns or refund.

Can I get a refund if the price has changed since I ordered it??

As an online business our prices change in response to gaming trends, stock and demand from customers. In this case we will not refund the difference.

Is my credit card information safe??
